Hailey Fairhurst

HAILEY FAIRHURST dreamed of a career as a professional ballerina since she started lessons at Elevé Danse Centre, a small school in Bellingham, Massachusetts, when she was just three years old. At age 12, she was invited to train at Koltun Ballet Academy under Alex Lapshiv and Alexandra Koltun.  From there she went on to dance at Integrarte, where she trained under Carlos Molina and Erica Cornejo. Hailey has been fortunate to spend many summers training at programs across the country and abroad, including American Ballet Theater, Boston Ballet, the Royal Ballet, and Philadelphia Ballet, where she danced as a trainee and performed in Romeo and Juliet and The Sleeping Beauty. She also had the opportunity to dance in Orlando Baller’s production of Giselle. Hailey is thrilled to be returning for her second season with First State Ballet Theatre and following her dream.
