Jessica Eizember began her ballet training at the age of four at the School of First State Ballet Theatre. She has been the recipient of numerous dance scholarships from the Diane Drulis Foundation, the Delaware Dance Festival, and the Priscilla Payson Foundation. She has competed four times in the YAGP Philadelphia Semi-Finals, where she had the honor of working with choreographers Viktor Plotnikov and Alex Buckner for her contemporary pieces. Upon graduation, she joined First State Ballet Theatre. Her dream roles include Myrtha from Giselle and Tatiana from Onegin. When she’s not dancing, Jessica enjoys reading, writing, traveling and archery. More recently, she has taken up practicing yoga and learning photography in her spare time.
